When you apply for jobs, participate in SkillBridge placements, or opt in to employer matching, we share relevant profile information — including your name, skills, military background, certifications, and resume — with employer partners for recruitment purposes. Employer partners agree to use your information solely for legitimate hiring activities.
If you participate in the SkillBridge program, we share enrollment status, training progress, and attendance data with program administrators, your chain of command (as required), and government oversight bodies as required by DoD Instruction 1322.29.
